The technician who did the work was professional and kind. He did great work. Our carpet look great for the holidays and I have never had my carpets as dry after the cleaning. They were completely dry in about 4 hours. I will definitely use ZeroRez next time I need my carpets cleaned. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving!!🦃
