I was very pleased with the work that Patrick did on our carpets and furniture yesterday. It was a big job and he did a great one. I noticed this time there was a blue tarp placed in front of the open door. One of those things that I said, why didn't I think of that? haha. But it was nice that all the warm air in my home was not going outside. I was glad to see Patrick wearing shoe covers. Other companies wear shoes on the clean carpet. I think that is a great policy to have shoe covers.

My only complaint would be that the carpets were quite wet when he left. More so than usual. There were still areas that were damp at 10:00 last night. We had all baseboard heaters on, pellet stove on downstairs and 3 oscillating fans.

But all in all, I will still use Zerorez and ask for Patrick every time

I like how fast and efficient the technicians are as well as their personability. They're always Pleasant to work with. Are carpets dry quickly and look very nice when they're done.

The service is always great. The product is exceptional, the carpets always look so clean after cleaning. We had the protective coating put down this time, so will be waiting to see how it does.

First I got the appointment and time that I requested when I called for an appointment to have
my carpets cleaned. The young man, James Brown, called before coming and was on time,
was very helpful when explaining my options. When I told him what I wanted he got right to
work and did a fantastic job in a short time, asked me to look at the job before putting on the
protection, then went about it and got it done. And my carpets look 100% cleaner and better
than new. I am very pleased with Zerorez. The job was professionally and well done
and I will .recommend Zerorez to anyone. The price was right too, for that I am greatful.

Competent, friendly, helpful cleaners. Great results on a stained, wool carpet (they are all gone). Only downside is it is hard to get an appointment way out here - 40 or 50 miles away from town. But worth it!!

Had never had ducts cleaned so was truly surprised at what this service does, it's amazing. The technician who performed the service was so knowledgeable and very professional and answered all our questions without hesitation.
