I love the fact that the technician was very diligent in addressing our households needs and I am confident he did the best possible job, he really cared about getting results. When I let him know that I had to stay within a certain budget, he really worked with me to come to a solution and also offered a couple of options for future visits so I could split up costs. I really appreciated his honesty and respectfulness!

Had two rooms done last week by Michael Coleman and his coworker. They did such a good job, including getting several stains totally out, I decided to have two more rooms done. Asked for Michael and his coworker again because of their professional, genuinely friendly, and accommodating manner. They did the second job this past Monday with the same high quality result. Wonderful job on my carpets that haven't been done in 12 years. They look new again with the exception of one stain. Can't complain about that. I never would have thought the carpet would ever come out so clean. I will be a once a year repeat customer from now one.

I had two techs show up together. The cleaning was really fast. They asked if I had special concerns or areas needing special attention. When finished, they asked me if it looked acceptable. And, they were done in literally about 10 minutes! Very polite, very efficient.
