We used Zerorez to have all our heating air ducts cleaned. The office staff was super friendly when asking about their services, costs and scheduling. After scheduling a date for this to happen, I quickly received an email from them confirming my appointment date and then the body of the email continued on about making the most of your experience to vacuum all the carpets prior to their arrival, and moving furniture etc... like I was going to have my carpets cleaned. I replied back to them about this email I received and informed them that I had booked their services to have my air ducts cleaned, not my carpet. (Although my carpet does need cleaning too.).. Their reply was that this email is formatted and goes out to everyone who books an appointment regardless of the service. They did sat it was something they are working on fixing. But let me tell you, that's ALL they need to fix. My experience with Zerorez from beginning to end was very professional and completed in a timely manner. Their communication is off the charts and provided excellent customer service. They called us ahead of their technician arriving and informed me who was coming. We are super happy with our experience with Zerorez and will definitely have them back to clean our carpets!

Good customer service - very communicative... scheduling was easy, I received a follow-up email and got a call the day before confirming my window (and offering me an alternative window in case that worked better). I got a call about 90 minutes ahead of arrival, and your guy arrived on time. Was very helpful - explained everything, showed what he was doing. No surprises. Was quick and efficient, did what he said, and did a great job. Whole experience was quite seamless - and came on moving day after my experience with my movers was NOT seamless - I truly appreciated that this part was so easy! Thank you!
