The carpets were soiled especially in pathways from previous owners. I was very pleased with how clean the carpets came out. There is no crunchy residue like I've experienced with other carpet cleaners. The technician Mike was great. Very friendly and thorough. I'd highly recommend Zerorez.

Stan, the tech who arrived was courteous, on time and had completed the cleaning within 3 hrs. He consulted me about doggie spots and all of the newer carpet was perfect. Couch and chairs almost looked new, one chair was almost 20 yrs old. Would recommend this service to all considering cleaning service. Yvonne
