We found the service provided by Zerorez to be excellent from my first phone call asking questions about furnace vent cleaning, through the completion of the work. The appointment was scheduled very quickly with us having an estimate of the anticipated expense for the work. I was contacted with an update on the appointment time and then again when the service representative was about 30 minutes away. The service person was great. Upon reviewing the job, the price actually went down in price! He did a great job and provided before & after pics of the vents. We will definitely recommend Zerorez.

I've been using Zerorez since 2002 and have loved your services up to a couple of years ago. The guy who came was lazy and did a terrible job. He wanted to charge me extra for every little spot or spray when in all times previously the did it automatically. I was very disappointed and started using another company which I would still be using had it not been for your constant emails offering 3 rooms for $89.
I decided to give Z-rez amptjer chance. Glad I did. Jose was amazing! A very hard worker, wonderful personality, congenial, polite, very concerned about getting the carpet as clean as possible, explained what he was going to do. I will sing his praises. I will request him from now on, both on 2415 W Providence Ave amd 4811 N Walnut..
You are lucky to have such a dedicated and professional employee and if I owned the company I would do everything in my power to keep him.
Workers like him are few and far between and hard to find.

They were very quick to get me on the schedule and arrived on time. The serviceman was clean, polite and always up his shoe covers on before he came into my home. Even when he had to go in and out several times. Their price was reasonable. I’ve used them twice before and will continue to call them for my cleaning needs. I am wanting my ducts cleaned this spring, so will call them back for that job.
