I called with an urgent request for carpet cleaning. They came out same day, late Saturday afternoon and gave me a 30 minute courtesy call prior to their arrival. Duane spent several hours cleaning the carpets throughout the house. They were very dirty because of an earlier estate sale and possible pet stains as well. The carpets after cleaning came out much cleaner. Surprising as old as the carpets are and the amount of dirt in the carpets. Very pleased with the work and service. Would use them again.

Technician (Dwayne) was very professional and personable. He builds a relationship with the customer. And he did a great job cleaning our carpets. I love that the carpet was clean and dry with on hours especially since we had company coming.

Name removed the young man who done are carpets on Saturday February 3rd was a very polite young man very respectful very clear when explaining what he was going to do prior to cleaning them and just all around a good good guy. He walked us thru step by step on what he was going to do and what chemicals he used and how the vacuum sucked up stuff from the carpet very interesting very useful information we even learn something new about carpet cleaning that we never knew it was very very interesting. So thank you again. He was even polite to my children and explained how the carpet cleaning went to them so he's a good worker good guy two so thank you Name removed
The technician arrived on time, specified just what the plan and additional options were. We were pleased with the quality of the work and we had the technician go ahead with the optional 5 year warranted stain proofing. The carpet seemed to dry quicker than other cleaning services we had used in the past.

The tech was here at the earliest point of the time window -- yeay!! He was very polite and professional and he explained everything completely. Gave me options for cleaning and cost and stuck to what he quoted. And my carpets look wonderful!! Can't ask for better!
