Your technicians are very knowledgeable and have a high degree of customer service. Our carpets are left damp but not soaked. I have used them several times. Would recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff, respectful. We needed a followup on a concern after the original cleaning was done and this was done promptly and efficiently to our satisfaction.

What do you like about our products and services?

We are extremely happy with our service provided by Zerorez. Patrick cleaned our sectional couch and two leather chairs. We discussed the services and how he was planning to do the jobs. He worked diligently until the tasks were completed and then made certain we were satisfied with the work. We will certainly use Zerores' services in the future.

What do you like about our products and services?

Brent was very professional and very hard working. Our living room suite is covered in a difficult fabricate to clean. Brent did a sample area to show us what the outcome would be, which would be some fading. He was correct, but all in all we are pleased with the job.
