The carpet looks clean and Duncan was pleasant and worked hard. I was a bit frustrated that we were originally scheduled for 12-6PM. They called as 10:35 and said they could be here at 11:00. I returned the message and said we wouldn't be ready by 11:00 and was told they would be here at 12:00. When no one was here at 12:30 I called and asked. The representative said he would check with dispatch and we'd be getting a call. Duncan did call within 10-15 minutes and said he was on the way. It would have been nice to get a call saying he wouldn't be here at noon but would be here by 1:00. It still worked fine time wise for us. Always in the past Zerorez has been right on the dot timing wise.

Your assoc did a good job. The carpet looks good, but its only been one day. The only thing that seemed disputable would be price. I felt kind of like a subject for a Kirby salesman.

I like how my carpets turned out and I felt that my agent was very interested professional and did a good job. There was one coffee stain that did not get removed which I was a little disappointed about, but other than that, I was happy with the service.

I have used your company for a few years now. And I will keep coming back. They do such an great job. I have grandchildren that can not keep their sippy cups in the kitchen. So spills have happened. On top of having a light beige carpet in the living room, travel tracks, and just every day living, never seem to be a problem with Zerorez. They pretreat, and when they leave, my carpets look new. I have you guys on speed dial. Just had the carpets cleaned, so it will be a few months, but til then thank you very much for an excellent job as always. First name removed
