We had our air ducts, tile, carpet and 3 pieces of furniture cleaned on Wednesday, Sept 6. Everything looks wonderful but it is a little too early to tell how the "products" will last.
Service - 10 stars!! Both the person who cleaned the ducts - Hunter Gotchy - and the person who cleaned everything else - Michael Silver - went above and beyond the "call of duty".
I was also impressed with how well the company - Zerorez! - kept in touch with appointment reminders, time of arrival, direction confirmation, etc.

My carpets are incredibly clean. All of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. The process is quick and drying time is fast. My cleaning window was noon until 4 PM but my technician showed up a few minutes after Noon. It is very nice to have the work done quickly and not have to wait until the back end of the window. I will always use Zerorez and have already told friends and neighbors.

1.) I like knowing our carpets will be dry within six hours. We have had Zerorez clean our carpets and tiles before.
2.) I appreciate technicians who are sincere and friendly, like Eli was. He was all business, yet visited with us, along with making sure we were pleased with each job he performed.
3.) I like having the jobs itemized so I know what the cost will be at the end, to avoid any surprises. My husband and I are totally pleased with Eli's work. We will be calling Zerorez again in the future. :-)

I've had Zerorez clean carpets in 2 homes. The technicians are respectful. I needed my carpet cleaned quick & they accommodated my schedule. I'm happy with the results and will call zerorez when I need carpet or ducts cleaned.

I am amazed at how clean Zerorez gets my carpets. The two men who showed up on Saturday, September 2 did a great job and got done in a reasonable period of time. No overtime which is much appreciated. The carpet was dry in a few hours and these two actually moved two pieces of furniture which is also appreciated as it shows me they care about the finished product. Some carpet cleaners won't move anything so this stood out. Great job and I will recommend Zerorez to all of my friends.
