I was THRILLED with the service and the technician (Jose) was terrific, as was the other tech. They were thorough, courteous and pleasant. They did a great job-I didn't think they could get our carpets nearly as clean as they did! Our 3 kids and 2 dogs are pretty hard on the floors, as you can imagine.

I liked the lack of soap residue due to your unique cleaning process. The carpets look and feel fantastic. Drying time just took longer than expected. It was closer to 24 hours before the carpet was no longer damp to the touch.

I liked how flexible you are about the services since I added more to my original order ( a couch, some stairs ) and the technician was so nice and friendly,like no problem I'll be happy to do those too! Also he explained the fiber protector so well ,that I decided it was worth the money and added that too. He really seemed knowledgeable about carpets in general and how they wear and traffic patterns, etc. I knew some of the spots wouldn't come out but overall it's so much brighter and I know it's clean and without a bunch of soapy residue like other companies use. The couch looked new again so I was really happy with that. Your customer service is amazing and that's what keeps me coming back.

Service was great. Tiles were cleaned and sealed. Both carpets and tiles are 11 years old. Carpets look great and tile grout looks brand new. Thanks Zerorez👍

The young men that came to clean my carpets were very nice, and respectful. And didn't make fun of my messes. They didn't try to over sale their products, but, helped me to choose what was best for me. They were fast and efficient, quick in and out, but the job was well done. Our house was a rental and the carpet had a lot of stains - some questionable in nature. Eli was very honest about the outcome. Sometimes saying it might be best to replace it. He did an amazing job removing more than I thought.

I have always been happy with the service I have received. The young man who came out last time was polite and worked hard. He got the super glue off my entry tile. Wonderful. He cleaned the grout successfully but sprayed cleaning fluid on my hard wood floor which left a white residue (I was able to clean it off) as well as white residue in hard to reach places. He just needs a bit more training.
