I have used Zerorez to clean my carpets and was pleased with both the young man who did them, and the quality of the work. When I needed my ducts cleaned, I always hear Rick Lukens commercial, and thought I should use Zerorez for that also. Again I am very happy with the men who did the cleaning. They were friendly, professional, and worked quickly. I will use Zerorez for my future needs.

I've used ZeroRez multiple times now, and will continue to do so. I particularly like the pet soil treatment! We do love our 2 yr old black lab. He no longer has accidents in the house but he did when he was a pup!

I can breathe again when I wake up and the ceiling fan is running; no more stuffy nose from allergens. The air circulates throughout all levels and rooms of the house now with the AC running. So much less dust all over everything.

Appreciated having a frank discussion with the company representative about whether our rug could be satisfactorily cleaned given the cost involved. We did go ahead with the job and the results were good.

Great and friendly service. A bit disappointed that the cleaning power was reduced as the truck couldn't be used since I was on the 3rd floor. I can't imagine how amazing it would have been had they been able to clean it that way. Also a smidge disappointed that I was charged full room price for cleaning a small area of a room. The carpets look good and I am happy overall. I would use you again.

The service was great. Eli (not sure of the name) went the extra mile. The service truck was leaking steering fluid and I wasn't happy about that. He made the effort to clean it as best he could.

You do a very thorough job. You explain all your charges clearly. With the pet stains on my rug it was a difficult cleaning job well done.
You were also responsive to my desire to have the job done quickly.

The urine treatment for pets was very effective. We have many animals in the house due to being a foster and this treatment made a big difference in the cleanliness of our rooms. The young man who cleaned our carpets was polite and did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why. My house smelled great after he was done.
