The gentleman Jose Galvan who cleaned my sofa, love seat, and my carpets was very courteous and professional and took extra special time to make sure he got everything as clean as new. He did an EXCELLENT JOB !! When he got finished everything looked like it was brand new. I was very impressed with his tenacious attitude. The technician was polite, kind and efficient. He knew exactly what needed to be done. He asked about any stains and treated them. He applied the cleaning solution then went through the whole house and removed the solution and the dirt. The carpet feels wonderful to the foot and looks like new. Thanks Duncan.

Everyone from the girl I spoke to to schedule my carpet cleaning, to the gentleman who phoned the day prior to re-confirm my appointment, to the technician (Jose) who cleaned my carpet were all very nice. Jose worked really hard cleaning my carpets and he did an excellent job.
