Spencer, the Zerorez tech was very professional..also, had those great little white booties he put on and also gave me a pair to wear.. I liked that they gave me the options for additional cleaning pet urine, etc. from the carpet.. Spencer came out a second time to go over one area I felt needed a little more cleaning.. he was wonderful, always smiled and asked if he could do another other areas.. The carpet looks and smells wonderful. Zerorez is very good and I would definitely use them again. Thank you
