the service was amazing--your representative Carlos Lozano did a favoulus job of coming on time and cleaning after himself and showing us the process of carpet cleaing. He came and clean or vents that most likely had never been clean for over a century :) but he was so helpful with additional services the company offers and are scheduling for another appointment. we love the filter we purchase from you guys and it is already doing a great job with the dust. We have not been able to find one that fitted to the size of our furnace. Carlos was fantastic what an assest fot he company!!

You are the only professional cleaner that has ever really gotten my cream colored carpeting clean. You even got the stain from Strawberry Sunny Delight out that was from my grandsons. We liked that the service man 'did' what the commercial said he would do - put booties on his shoes (and removed them when he went outside so they didn't get dirty!), was completely knowledgeable about Zerorez products and services and did his job competently and efficiently.
