I have had at least half a dozen different carpet cleaners and Zerorez has clearly done the best job. The methods that were used made a lot of sense, e.g. working in the solution with a rake, but the results are the most important thing and I can say without a doubt, our carpet has never looked so good and feel so good since it was new. I am a big fan now of Zerorez.

The techs took the time to educate me about where and to what extent my carpet was contaminated using a blacklight and special glasses. They even let me use the light and glasses myself to see what they were seeing. I expected it would take a miracle to make my carpet clean again. They performed a miracle!
