The thorough cleaning and professional employees. The two men were very kind, respectful and fun to be around while doing their job so professionally. They deserve recognition for customer service. The product for cleaning, which we have had at least 3 times now, seems to let the rug stay clean for quite sometime. There was left an oil deposit in our driveway but I called the office and they are sending someone out to take care of the situation. PS The price is affordable and we thank you for that courtsey to the public.

This was a first time I had used your service. I was interested in your company because you don't use soap. My carpet is 1 year old and soap residue is what brings in dirt.I liked the workers that came and did my carpet. We had pet urine on 1 year old carpet. The time they spent and the thouorgh job they did was amazing. It was much more money than I planned on spending but after I saw the care and time they took on my carpet I felt it was worth it. I would definetly recommend your company and in fact have already to friends.

Very courteous and professional technicians. I appreciate that they wore bootie in my home. My carpets look great and I was totally amazed at how quickly my entire house was cleaned.
First of all, Brian was very nice and helpful and knowledgeable. My carpet looks great and I didn't have to wait forever for it to dry and it didn't smell bad!

Great service personnel who showed up on time, worked diligently and
left the carpets looking refreshed. We also had all the heat and cold
registers cleaned and although it was apparent that the job was done
well, the cost did seem extensive. We were told we won't need it done
for another 10 years and that is good to know since it was expensive!

Our technician, Ryan Wade, was very polite and helpful. He explained the process thouroughly, and answered all of our questions before he started. He did a "walk through" with us after the cleaning, and made sure we were satisfied. He also cleaned a few floor mats, without being asked, at no extra charge. We were happy with the cleaing, and would highly recommend Zerorez.
