Robert was on time, efficient. He listened when I told him that this carpet was sensitive to wicking so he put fans on to be sure it dried quickly. The carpet looks great. He did a great job on out stairs which were extra dirty due to some remodeling traffic.

He did a "walk through" with us after the cleaning, and made sure we were satisfied. He also cleaned a few floor mats, without being asked, at no extra charge.
