On time, thorough and pleasant. Knew product well and was enthusiastic to show what product could do. Carpet turned out clean - like knew.

1- Tyson is a super employee! He was extremely friendly, fast, and thorough. I talked with him briefly after phoning Eric at your office about the cost of your services to clean out ducts and heaters. As it happpened, Tyson was finishing up a job at my neighbors house across the street.
2- I know that neighbor, know she’s particular about who works on her house, so I trusted her judgment as to who to choose to clean out our heating system.
3- Right after Tyson left, I noticed that the air in our house smelled fresher. As it was the firrt cleaning since the house was built in 2006, I am very pleased with the job he did. "There was a lot of sawdust", as he put it. Apparently that spinning brush really helped in getting the debris out of the heating system! Bravo!

My appointment was set between 2:00 and 5:00. I appreciated hearing from the office when the technician was on his way. The technician was very professional and very courteous. I believe he went above and beyond typical service and was very knowledge and positive in his communication with me. I have recommended him personally and Zerorez to two of my friends.

I like the fact that the products are green and contain no soap or leave a residue. Satisfaction is guaranteed and they can get out almost any stain! The service people are great and aim to please.

I FEEL THE MEN THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE CARPETS WERE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY. THEY HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS THEY WERE USING.THE CARPETS LOOKED REALLY NICE WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THE ONLY THING I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT WAS THE CARPET FELT RATHER WET BUT I RAN A FEW FANS AND THEY WERE DRY BY THE NEXT DAY.I HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENED YOUR COMPANY TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

We were tired of having our carpets and furniture cleaned and within days the soapy residue seemed to attract even more dirt. It's been two months since we had Zerorez do our cleaning and we are very pleased. Your representative was pleasant, a very hard worker, eeager to please and suggested a product we had never had done - tile cleaning. We were amazed. You also got out stains we thought were a lost cause. Bravo!

The customer service was very professional, from the point of making my appointment all the way to the gentleman that cleaned the carpets. Carlos was the gentleman that cleaned the carpet and he answered all questions and explained the process of cleaning to me. I was very pleased. Carlos removed spots that a previous company that I used was unable to remove. I would rate that as a 10. I am moving to Raleigh, NC and I can only hope that Zerorez is in the Raleigh, NC area as well.
