The technician we had was Robert. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. The outcome was fabulous. The carpet in our house is 10 years old and now looks fantastic. This was the first time they had ever been professionally cleaned and the pet spots we had that kept returning have not come back. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to every homeowner or business.
