Robert was on time, efficient. He listened when I told him that this carpet was sensitive to wicking so he put fans on to be sure it dried quickly. The carpet looks great. He did a great job on out stairs which were extra dirty due to some remodeling traffic.

Our technician, Ryan Wade, was very polite and helpful. He explained the process thouroughly, and answered all of our questions before he started. He did a "walk through" with us after the cleaning, and made sure we were satisfied. He also cleaned a few floor mats, without being asked, at no extra charge. We were happy with the cleaing, and would highly recommend Zerorez.

The thorough cleaning and professional employees. The two men were very kind, respectful and fun to be around while doing their job so professionally. They deserve recognition for customer service. The product for cleaning, which we have had at least 3 times now, seems to let the rug stay clean for quite sometime. There was left an oil deposit in our driveway but I called the office and they are sending someone out to take care of the situation. PS The price is affordable and we thank you for that courtsey to the public.
