We had several spoiled spots on light carpet that came out very well. The pre-cleaner for heavy traffic areas had a pleasant scent. Patrick did a very good job to identify what the spill was and what to use to get the stain out. I can't say enough good things about Zerorez! Your representative on the phone was very nice. The reminder over the phone and by email was helpful. Your employee who came the the house was awesome! When he arrived I had visitors who were just leaving. He was very patient (as I was not quite prepared) and offered to help before he started cleaning my carpets. My carpets were in horrible condition. They are 15+ years old and have been professionally cleaned twice, the last time was about 10 years ago. He was able to get my carpets looking 10 years younger! And the carpets are so soft, no residue! Thank you SO much! I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family and can't wait to have you come out again!

Zerorez removed all of the greese marks that were on my rug that came from guys shoes (from the shop). The person (Brian) did a great job in cleaning my rugs and getting rid of all the greese spots.
