Carlos came in and went right to work at removing stains that we thought would never come out. The carpet looks so much better, and we are pleased with the outcome. He wasn't here very long and was very caring about our furniture and other carpeting.

The guy that came to our house was very nice and extremely professional. Although we were charged much more than we expected based on radio adds and the conversation that we had with the scheduling service, we were happy when the job was complete because the gentleman that worked on our ducts, carpet and furniture was quick, courteous and did a great job explaining and building value in your services. I could have easily been unsatisfied based on the difference of the cost I expected vs. what I ended up paying but I was not and I will recommend Zerorez to my friends, family and co-workers.

The result was fabulous! Clean and fresh and much better than expected. It did take quite awhile to dry but was in the basement with minimal airflow.

The process was very thorough. I felt that Grant was very interested and dedicated to delivering satisfaction. I could hear the debris going through the tube as it was sucking it from my vents. That was very impressive to me. Gross, but thankful it was no longer circulating in my vents. The carpets look and feel great.

Quick and very effective

The gentleman who performed the cleaning was very kind and professional. The carpets look great. We had a couple of pet stains that came right out with the normal cleaning. We didn't even have to use the spot cleaner to aid in the removal.
