The staff at Zerorez are just wonderful! They bend over backwards to get things set up for you. The gentlemen that came to our home were terrific to work with. We had a very sick kitty and they cleaned up spots that we weren't sure could be cleaned up. You can't even tell there were spots there. Very professional and I will definitely be recommending them to others!

I like that there is a pretreatment prior to the wash. The young man was nice and conscientious. He wore booties and used corner guards. Our carpet looks great!
