We just had our living room and bedroom carpets cleaned in addition to the area rug in our dining room. I was ready to replace the area rug but once A.J. was done with it it looks almost brand new. I guess I will have to wait a while to replace it, which my husband is very happy about. A.J. did a spectacular job for us. I will be calling Zerorez again next year. Thank you!!!

Prompt service, good communication, easy online scheduling, and good customer service. As a realtor, I'll have around 10-15 homes carpets cleaned a year. The online specials are decent and if can find them at your local fair grounds, home show, or outer show then you can score big with 40% on any of their services from floors to hvac ventilation cleaning. Your Technician, Nathan, was prompt and polite. He answered all my questions. He clarified what I wanted done, then went right to work. He also checked a wool hall carpet to let me know how it had to be cleaned and how much. He was very helpful and efficient.
