Very efficient and friendly

We have always had good results with the carpet cleaning. However, the most recent cleaning we had done left some clumps of hair and lint on top of the carpet in a few areas despite a good vacuuming beforehand, made impressions in the carpet along on section of the living room, and seemed to bring out a new stain in the carpet after it dried in another spot.

We also had the tile floor in our kitchen cleaned and sealed. I was particularly disappointed in that service because there was still grime and debris in the corners and under the cabinets, like they weren't cleaned all the way to the edge. I will have to scrub those areas by hand.

My technician did a great job, he was very professional!

I didn't know that furnace vent cleaning was a thing until hearing about it from Zerorez. We got a good deal on it through the local fair and the tech said a LOT of dog hair was removed (we have 2 dogs). My husband and I both have various allergies and I think this is going to help us out a lot. Dom, the tech, was very kind and nice to work with.
