The initial cleaning wasn't completed very well. All it took was a simple phone call and they were back out within a few days to redo the cleaning and they did an amazing job the second time through. I feel very confident that every time i use them the job will be done right!

I was very happy with Nathain he was very courteous and a fast and hard worker. My carpets dried fast and he got all of the spots out.

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Zerorez. Tyler and Noah were awesome. They took the time to explain everything that was going to be done and really went over things when they were done. They did a great job and were very professional. AJ was efficient and courteous. He explained other Zeroez options (e.g., tile cleaning, Kirishian partnership), but wasn't pushy. It took about 95 minutes, and the carpet looks terrific!
