Excellent job cleaning our carpet!
The job they did was really great. The young man was really great. However, your customer service is lacking greatly. I was told they would be out between 9 and 2:00. They got here at right about a little after 6:00. He apologized and said he was picking up a route belonging to someone else. I said it would have been nice to know as I had been waiting around all day.
I was impressed by the thoroughness of the cleaning. I also had a couch cleaned and I was very pleased with that also. The young man who did the cleaning was very polite and did an excellent job. Thank you!

Tyler and the guy who was with him both did and amazing job. They were kind and respectful— at first I wrote Tyler a check for $100 over which was obviously a mistake, Tyler came back in and ever so kindly made me aware of my mistake. I want to complement him on his honesty. Of course I was so embarrassed. I could’ve crawled into a hole but he was so kind. I will have Services next month and I do want Tyler to perform the services.

Excellent work and friendly staff
Our Zerorez tech and his trainee, Lucas and Nelson, were professional, nice, and very efficient. Our carpets seem wonderful after the first couple days after service; the products dry very quickly and don't smell nearly as much as traditional cleaning products.
It did not smell like chemicals. Our office looks great.
The young man was very personable and did a good job. I asked them to clean a couch as well as the carpet, but he checked the label first and saved me a big problem. He dry cleaned instead and did a great job. I thought they were a little pricey, but the service was great.
