I had a very bad experience to begin with. I was TEXTED NOT CALLED at 7am on the morning of my appt ( my appt was 8-12) telling me they had to reschedule to 4-5 days farther than my original date. I told them I was unable to have this completed any other day than that day as this is a rental and the keys were being turned in the next day. They continued to tell me there was nothing they could do and when I asked for a manager I was told a manager didn’t work on the weekends and one would call me Monday. I absolutely refused this and told them I had the appt scheduled for 2+ weeks and that they had to come that day no matter what. I asked that they cancel someone else appt that didn’t have a RENTAL as my cleaning was time sensitive. They still refused. After calling the office and getting the same info about no manager, I was highly upset as there should ALWAYS be a manager to reach out to even on weekends. I was called or texted at 930 saying they could have a technician there by 10am.
Dominic showed up before 10am he was very nice very efficient and completely understood my frustration. He completed 3 bedrooms in under an hour and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend Dominick to anyone using this company!
As far as the company goes, you should NEVER cancel an appt the same day unless it’s a true emergency. When a customer tells you the reason is time sensitive this should be taken into consideration, if you do have the need to cancel an appt the same day YOU CALL NOT TEXT! I didn’t get the text message until almost an hour later because text message notifications are not as loud as a phone call. So in the future CALL FOR CANCELLATIONS NOT TEXT.
Blake did an amazing job and was able to get a graphite stain out we didn’t think was possible.
