I emailed Zerorez of Spokane on a Wed and had them come out on that Sat morning at 8:3am. They did our hallway, stairs, a family room and living room. The floors look great and I would recommend them again and again. Great job and thanks for our clean carpets.

I love that zero rez does not use any harmful chemicals to thoroughly clean my carpets and upholstery! I have young children and a dog, and it’s very important to me that they are not exposed to harmful cleaners.

Personable, polite service tech., willing to go over areas that needed extra time. I Would have liked to have them go under a bed that was too heavy to move . Nathan did not have styro foam.blocks for the furniture due to his truck not being stocked. He was able to improvise with plastic bags..
