I spoke with rep Natson a few days before and he said I would be called the night before, or morning of, with the servicer name. No one ever called me with that info. I also spoke with a female rep that stated I was the 2nd appt and that she could not give me any specific time of day he may come, but that the servicer would call me one hour before he finished his first appt to give me some notice. That also never happened. I had Eddie call me and say he was a few minutes away/"just around the corner" which gave me no notice at all. Eddie also pulled a scented oil wall plug-in out of my wall and set it on it's side on my wood banister. The oil leaked out and dissolved the paint on my banister. I now have a home project requiring money and time due to his carelessness.
To make it right, I would like someone to come and re-paint that area so it looks like the rest of the banister. I also would take you up on the offer to apply carpet protectant to one area. You can reach me at Phone number removed. Thank you
The technician was polite and did a good job on the few stains we had on the carpet. The carpet dried very quickly and there was no odors to contend with. We are very satisfied.

For those who have pet stains, please provide them with a method of getting rid of the marks and smells even after the treatment.

The technician was on-time, friendly and quick.
Our technician was friendly and willing to do all that we asked. He was excited to talk about the Zerorez process. A few spots that probably weren't pre-treated didn't come out, but overall the process was good. Our house didn't smell like detergents and most of the carpet dried quickly.
The polite, informative, and non-pushy technician; pricing was extraordinarily reasonable; and the results were wonderful!
Dry-time did take longer than the 4 hours window that was given, which was disappointing.

I liked the fact that no detergent is used--thus no res. Jace was my rep and he was great. I loved the results and it was worth saving a little extra money to get those results. I will definitely use zerorez again.

I was happy that zerorez took out all the residual carpet shampoo and dirt left behind by my home carpet shampooer. The carpet looks better than it has looked in years. The service was prompt and efficient. The young man who did the cleaning was friendly and checked to be sure we were both clear about the service areas wanted.

The technician was very courteous, and did an amazing job of cleaning my carpets. He got my carpets cleaner than previous carpet cleaners who just said that was how my carpet was going to be.

Had my tile and grout cleaned. Didn't come as clean as I wanted. I'm thinking it would be helpful to go over the floor twice only because the dirt that does lift off is just spread around during the wiping up process. Just my thoughts.
He cleaning created a bunch of air pockets all over our carpet. When it dried they went down a little but there is still a lot of air under our carpet now:( guess we need to call someone to come stretch it.
The guys that came to clean my carpets were very respectful and helpful. He was willing to take the time to show the difference they were making as the were cleaning my carpets.
