I'm amazed how well the technician is able to clean beige carpets! An amazing improvement!

I am very grateful for your service. This time I made a mistake and thought my appointment was a week earlier than I had actually scheduled. I didn't realize this until late at night when we had finished moving most of the furniture/stuff out of 3 rooms. When I called early the next morning your staff made it possible for a technician to come to our house, even though it was on such short notice. THANK YOU! Our carpet is old, and Zerorez makes it look much newer than it really is. My service technician did a great job getting out some dog vomit, paint, glue and even unknown stains from the carpet. I can't see using any other company.

I like how respectful the tendants were of my home. They put on booties, protected my walls from the hose being bumped into it. There were two tendants that worked together. They were in and out so quickly. They were clean and well groomed and most importantly didn't smell of smoke. They were very respectful and professional and I appreciated the job that they did!

THe house smelled so fresh and clean

Service was excellent. Service member Rick, did a great job and was very personable during his time here. He made sure that everything he did was clear and concise and he always made sure I understood what we agreed to as far as the bill and the actual process of cleaning our carpets.

Prompt .....and the technician really seemed to know what works on each stain...

I was told false things by the customer service rep on the phone and then by the technician in my home. I was not satisfied by the product I received based on false facts presented to me by the person on the phone and the technician. They were both very professional and nice but I don't think they fully understood the product they were using and selling to me. It was dissapointed in the end results based on questions I asked.

The carpet in my living room and dining room was very very wavy after the cleaning. The technician said that it would shrink back to normal but there are still some waves that weren't there before. It took almost 2 days for some of the areas to dry. I knew it would take more than 4-6 hours. That never, never happens. The carpet in a couple of the rooms is very crunchy and your ads say that unlike other companies, it won't be crunchy. A couple of spots didn't come out which I can understand. I am really unhappy with the charges. I called on a 3 room special for $69.00. I had 9 rooms done and only got the special on 3. I think he should have told me that. I was charged 3 halls and I only have one, $60.00 for a hall! It is long but not that long. $100.00 for 2 stairways!Both family rooms charged as 2. Walk in closets charged $20.00 a piece and water treatment and disposal fee another surprise. $408.00 later with advertising that claims no hidden fees. I would have used someone else if I had known about all these charges.

A bottle if nail Polish broke and splattered over a large section of carpet. Your technician was very knowledgeable about treating the stain. He did an excellent job of removing the nail polish. He also cleaned some high traffic areas and made the carpet look like new.

I like the care and attention paid to our home by your technicians. We had 2 little spots that needed a follow-up treatment, and the staff was very happy to oblige & make sure we were well taken care of and happy with the results. I also really appreciated their prompt arrival and notification that they were on their way. The cleaning process with very little chemical, and hot water, is appealing to me. Our carpets look great, and I'm very happy with the result.

The Service was excellent. Your provider was kind and considerate. The only thing I wish you would do is give out a detailed receipt. I wasn't exactly sure after he left how he figured everything. It didn't quite match what we had talked about.

I like that there is no reside. The person who did our carpets did an outstanding job. My mother-in-law said, "Your carpet looks new again." Which is a real compliment because we are a family of six and our carpet is seven years old.

It's a Utah company. Your cleaning process and products get my carpets clean.

my carpets get clean and stay that way for a long time....and they dry in a few hours

I didn't see the difference using your company over less expensive ones. My carpets now have a faint odor that wasn't there before and they feel like there is a residue. I only had our upstairs done because I wanted to try zerorez out before having the whole house done.

The technician was great and friendly but said he didn't know if his house was working properly. It took our carpets 24 hours to dry.
