The drying time was no different than other carpet cleaners I have used in the past.
I was never informed about the $10.00 tack on fee with two telephone calls and in person.
It cost me more than I would normally pay.
The tec who cleaned the carpets did an execellent job and was very polite and very thural.
The carpet feels clean and you don't feel residue in the carpet because you don't use shampoo. I love it!
We're very happy with Zerorez, and are only disappointed that it's such a big job for us personally when it comes to moving the furniture prior to having carpets cleaned. If that weren't burdensome, we'd do it in a more frequently. Your employees are articulate and very willing to help, but we're aware it's our responsibility to move all furniture.

your web site is unfriendly. your e-mail was not much better. and I could not speak to a real person to find out if i even wanted you to come out.

Fernando who came out did a great job and was very willing to do what he could to help us get the carpets really clean. Showed up per the schedule and worked hard to get it done quickly but with quality. Very pleased with the service.

Our carpets were cleaned in a very professional manner....the two young men did a great job....and the citrus smell was wonderful....everyone in the family remarked about how nice the carpets looked. Our tech was very nice but I was disappointed in the job as the carpet began to dry. It seemed wetter then normal and took 8 hours to dry. We have loved you in the past but I was disappointed this time. We have cream carpet in our bed room. You can see stripes in the carpet where the cleaning wand went over and areas where he stopped and a distinct line is apparent. I would like the job finished completely. I know it is a high traffic area but the lines are from the cleaning machine. There is even a watermark line where the dirty water bled out.
carpets looked clean when they were finished but now that they are dry not so good
I was told there would be someone at my house just after 9am. After waiting for quite sometime I had to call around 11. I was told the techs would still be another hour. Finally at 1:40 the techs showed up. I was told a total of 5 different prices for my cleaning. I run a tight schedule and do not have time to sit around all day and then get 5 different prices. First it was 140 then 190 then 160 then 170 and finally 150 because of discounts and water disposal fee. I felt the techs were under educated and had to finally break out a calculator on a phone. Having to wait all day plus having the techs cancel my prior appointment on their own the week before really turned me off from your company. I am frustrated and disappointed.
Technicians come on time and thoroughly do the job. Carpets dry quickly.
An area of carpet cleaning was $31, but to add proctectant to an area I was quoted an additional $50. The protectant should be less than the area of carpet being cleaned.

I appreciated that the appointment was kept as it was made (so we didn't have to wait hours for someone to show up--I understand that sometimes a previous appointment takes longer than expected, but it is very annoying when no call is made. Our technicians called when they said they would, and I believe they did a thorough job. This is the second time I have had Zerorez come, and I felt they dealt with my carpets and furniture as well as could be done. (Our house is lived in--it is not just a show place. We have twelve grandchildren, and want them all to feel welcome, keeping in mind that children are messy! That's why we try to call Zerorez when needed!
Timely, polite and clean carpets
I was a little disappointed with the cleaner he was nice and did a good job but he did not follow through on the deal he said I would get and charged me more he wouldn't show me the receipt so I could ask questions he said it would go to my email and that is when I found out he didn't follow through and charged me more then he said. Wasn't happy about that.
It seems like Zerorez really gets the stains out, and I love the way the carpet feels afterwards. George came to clean and he was great!
