I had couches cleaned. Looks great but the residue left behind took me well over an hour to clean. My laminate flooring had milky white substances dried and my laptop and two end tables that were several feet from the couches had what I would call castoff or overspray on them... Along with my big screen TV and TV stand. With respect, the couches were cleaned great but what was left behind makes me say the $200 bill was not worth it to me. What could be done to make it right... Credit me some money back for my time and effort to clean what the technicians didn't clean and cause problems between myself and my roommate. Or simply make sure any messes are cleaned before technicians leave.

I feel that there are some areas that are not cleaned very well, the border line with the tile in the kitchen looks clean in some areas but dirty along some other areas.

I really enjoyed the attitude of my technician. Came on time and got right to work.

Always comes on time and notifies us ahead of time, comes with booties and is careful going through house...always works hard to make our carpet look spectacular! We only have Zerorez come do our carpets...have tried others in the past...not been happy with them, and since we started using Zerorez, have always been pleased with the final outcome.

How clean it gets my carpets

I appreciated the quality of the service. My carpets were much cleaner after. I was a little disappointed in the time. From the time you first called to say the tech was 45 min away, it was 3 hours before he actually came to my door. One of the reasons I chose Zerorez was because my friend recommended you - she said "they give you a time, not just big window of time." That was definitely not my experience. Having said that, the tech was super friendly and did a great job. I would call you again, but make sure I had the whole day open.

While your representative seem to be a very nice man, he arrived 1 1/2 hours after the phone call I got that said he was going to be there soon. His van was low on gas so he had to leave to go fill it up part way thru the job. It was well after 9 PM before he left. I signed off on the job, just to get him gone! But the carpet has a lot of spots left on it. I have used your service twice before and was happy with it. But after this job, I don't think I can recommend you.

Quick, professional and great results

The experience was bad from the moment I scheduled the appointment. I previously used zero Rez but it must gave been the Murray franchise that is no longer in business. Guy had water all over my living room trying to clean a love seat. Won't use you EVER again. Nothing special about your water except that it made a huge mess.
