That all the spots come out and everything dries very quickly and smells great and clean!

I love that there isn't a chemical smell after cleaning and the carpet is soft, not crunchy.
I was disappointed when I couldn't use my coupon and the technician didn't even tell that I couldn't use it. He quoted $219 and I gave my debit card and he left. He didn't come back to tell me that I would be charged $255 because the coupon had expired.

Respect and care to my home. Explained process. Worked quickly. I was under the assumption they were coming earlier than they did. I had to call and find out when they were coming. I had plans to be somewhere at 5P and had to cancel them because the techs were still at our house. I am very pleased with the results.
our carpet was cleaned yesterday. Today after allowing dry time, both my husband and myself cannot see improvement. Our carpet looks dirty. We could not see that it made a difference in having it cleaned.

I have used 2 Zerorez technicians in Salt Lake and have been very pleased both times. I used Rick last year and Lauren this time. I was also very pleased to see that 2 women were my technicians this time. They all did a great job---old carpet with stains that look great when they are done. Thanks

Too many e-mails! And I was told we were third on the list for the day and it would be about two o clock but it was 4-4:30 before he got there. A simple phone call telling us he had delays would have helped from messing up my afternoon!!!!

We used Zerorez in our home in California and were always pleased with the results, so we decided to use it here. Results were not as good as we had hoped, some areas just didn't come clean. Not sure what the reason was, maybe the type of carpet.
The person who came was very thorough though and even went over some areas several times. The rugs dried quickly which is a big plus.
It was also more expensive than what we paid in California.

We had a $25coupon that was not honored. Your representative did a fine job on the carpets
but we feel that it was false advertising by offering a $25 coupon but not honoring it unless we spent more than $100. NO WHERE on the coupon does it say that it is good only if you spend over $100. Thus, since we felt that was false advertising, we would have a hard time using your service again.
