It was very fast and the technician was very good. The carpet has stayed clean so far (other place the did it, it was dirty again within 2 weeks). On problem, one of the corners going to the basement was kind of scraped when the stairs were being done.
It is the only carpet cleaning service to be able to get all the soil out of my carpet, and it is fast.

People are great. I have had several different service techs, all are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
There are no chemicals in the cleaning process which I'm very sensitive to.
