Made an appointment at 5:00 calls me at work could not answer. So he shows up early, but my wife was working from home but could not talk to him cause of meeting she was in all day long. The by was asking her questions which I had already answered to the lady on the phone who I scheduled the appointment with. Then cause he was early and she did not know what I wanted to clean he was wanting to reschedule cause she asked him to wait out come back at 5:00 or until I got home. I scheduled him at that time for a reason.

I had a great experience. The tech was on time, friendly, and quick. I do have a light colored carpet that did have a good amount of dirt stains. The carpet looked great after the tech left, but only two days later, it appears that some of the stains or returning and in some areas, the carpet still has a bad smell. I feel like in the past when I have used Zero Rez, the finished product was more miraculous feeling, looking, and smelling...I could be wrong.

The cost was way too high and the carpets were not that clean when they dried (hard spots) It would seem to me that if i am having the whole house cleaned that there would be a break on the price, but there was not. Not likely to recommend friends and family.
