It seems to clean well, and I like how you claim that there are no soaps or chemical residue left in the carpet. It seems to stay cleaner for longer after zerorez cleans the carpet

The service was great, professional, on time and super to work with i loved that the carpets weren"t soaking wet afterwards, it didnt smell like you just had the carpet cleaned, and the carpet didnt get "crunchy' when it dried. And my rooms look fantastic.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Well, must admit i was little surprised how wet the floor was, particularly because it was a couch that i paid to have cleaned. Additionally, in the future i would recommend against putting a soaking wet couch cushion on a person's bed to dry.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your associate was prompt and careful with all the cleaning of my carpets. He was informed and could explain what needed to be done to clean the areas. My carpet had never be cleaned and he was able to leave it looking new again. I was pleased with the job he did.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The appointment was at 4 pm for a big job. It took him four hours. It should have been scheduled earlier. He ran out of water in his tank and used my culinary water to fill it up so I should get some kind of refund for that. After he left I noticed many tiny leaves all over my wood floor and realized he had drug the hose across my sidewalk and got the dirt and leaves on it and then drug the hose through my home. I had to re vacuum all my carpet when it was dry and all my wood flooring. He cleaned a chair arm cover which is still dirty. Some spots are still in my carpet. I asked him to open the doors to closets to make sure the carpet in the thresholds got clean and some were not done. And he left puddles of water on my wood flooring that I had to dry off and a big puddle on my tile that my son almost slipped on. Sara Last name removed. Phone number removed.

We were extremely pleased with the products - the carpets look and smell very clean! We were also very impressed with the service given by Andrew Pherson. He was respectful, pleasant to work with and very thorough in his cleaning! When our carpet needs cleaning again we hope Andrew is still working for you! No residue, no cutting corners, carpet looks like new and didn't think it was possible!!

Our operator was exceptional in spite of many problems with equipment. Another employee brought her a hose without holes and she managed to fix a part damaged with our vise grip and tools in our garage we were happy to let her use. She stayed until everything was completed (a full day) and our stairs haven't look better since we moved into our home. Keep this sweetheart as we plan to do downstairs when we get Christmas put away. Keep up the GREAT work. John & First name removed Dominge
