I thought it was really expensive, I didn’t like how you charge one price for a room but then you count the square footage with furniture in it and then you counted as a double room I don’t like companies a nickel and dime to make more money. When the actuall cleaning surface is way smaller

I have dogs and was told you could not do the same treatment as I watched on tv because of that, the man worked his rear off on the room but some spots remain and there is a large area in the middle of the room that stands out and is much lighter! The technician was great it has nothing to do with him but I’m just not sold. I’ve had it cleaned before with better results! I went to my dog class yesterday and my instructor asked me how it went and she said she had the same experience. Sorry I was so looking forward to it and saved my money to get it done. My carpets were very dirty and heavily spotted due to three grandsons and two cats and my expectations were fairly low. I've waited a few days before making any comments looking for returning spots and much to my amazement there haven't been any. I couldn't be happier, zerorez did a great job. Totally legit.

The carpets look great after the cleaning. The employees take care to make sure that they have on shoe coverings and protect wall corners. They are courteous and explain what we need to know and answer questions.

I'm excited about having both a 15 year guarantee on my tile grout sealing as well as a 10 year protection on my carpet. The carpets and tile look great and the whole project was done very quickly with care for the protection of my home (eg walls, furniture).
I like the clean carpet and carpet protector that I paid extra to spray down. Long lasting protector is a wonderful thing!
We have been using Zerorez for many years. You have always had friendly and helpful technicians. And they listen to your needs.
Our latest experience was all of the above, and that is why we have returned to Zerorez. However this last time they weren't as thorough as in the past.
We didn't notice until the carpets were almost dry. They dried quickly, we had our furnace set at 76 degrees with fan on constant, plus we had overhead fans running top speed in all rooms.
After they were dry we found the work was not done as well as previous cleanings. The areas close to baseboards in several areas, were still soiled and some of the spots we had mentioned were still visible. We first noticed when we walked to the edge of the kitchen where we go down the stairs, they had not gone to the edge of the top of carpet by as much as an inch or so. Other areas were not the quality we expected from you.. So sorry. Glad you asked. Thought you would like to know. Thanks.

One of the main reasons for having Zerorez come was a stain in one of our back rooms. It came from something sticky or greasy that picked up dirt over time and got darker. The cleaning technician took a look at it and said it was a friction burn in the carpet and he couldn't get it out. It's not a friction burn. I made it smaller at one point with some carpet cleaner and a rag but couldn't completely remove it. I'm not devastated over this. Maybe grading 5/10 is a little harsh but that was my main concern.
