Great Service! We were able to call in and have our carpets cleaned in a timely manner with no interuption to our business. We did however have very small areas which we still had to pay a Commercial Rate, it would have been nice to have been charged on areas cleaned by footage- if this was the case we would have areas cleaned more frequently. Thank you

I have used you several times in the past and was really pleased with your service. The carpets looked brand new and really good. This last time your guy supposedly cleaned 4 bedrooms and two hallways in less than an hour and you could tell. The carpets looked exactly the same. You couldn’t even tell if there were cleaned or not. It felt very rushed. We weren’t there so we don’t know what was done or not. Then we added the two hallways last minute and were way overcharged for those. We booked each room at $29 a room up to 200 sq ft. One hallway was 25 sq ft and the other was 40 sq ft and we paid $30 for each. I will not be using you guys anytime soon. Just really disappointed this time and maybe it was an employee issue either way my wife and I felt really ripped off.

He was prompt, congenial and explained everything well. I would recommend Zerorez, my floors look great.

Had tile cleaned and sealed. It looks wonderful!!! The two techs were excellent and very respectful of my home and myself.

The "biological treatment" didn't work and my carpet is still crunchy.....which makes me sad because i really wanted to like you guys :(

I've used Zerorez often and I have been very happy with the carpet cleaning.

Make sure hoses don’t mess up hardwood floors. I paid the bill with my credit card and was told I would recieve a receipt in 15 min by email and I still have not received a receipt. There are some spots in our walk in closet that need to be removed. Everything else looks great.

Thoroughness and condition of carpet after. I also really liked the technician. He was friendly and informative

No chemicals and that our carpets and sectional aren’t crunchy after the cleaning.

Doesn't add more chemicals to an overburdened environment. Removed soaps and chemicals used in previous cleanings. Neutralized pet odors and refreshed the furniture and carpets and rugs. The Tech was courteous and professional.

Very thorough and great job. Didn’t pressure me to buy additional services and that really impressed me. He educated me on what else there was available but I felt no pressure.

I know you don’t guarantee the continued removal of pet smells, however, my carpet smelled WAY worse once it dried. I didn’t really notice the smell before but now it is very strong. Any suggestions?

The service representatives who have come to clean our carpets have always been respectful, polite and tried their best to meet our desires and expectations. Eric J who came to our home on February 15th was no different. He did an excellent job both on our carpets and on the one chair we had him clean. We enjoyed having him in our home to clean our carpets and make our home more presentable.

Paulo did a wonderful job. He was on time and very attentive and respectful.
I felt very comfortable having him in my home.
Will be calling Zerorez again in the future.
