The young man who did the cleaning this time, Sawyer, did a much better job than our last cleaner from Zeroez. The carpet is even a brighter color! Love it!
We enjoyed how friendly the technician was and were grateful they offered to come back out if we weren't completely satisfied. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

My carpet still looks the same. I feel like I have wasted my $155 for your service. I will never recommend you to anyone and in fact I will let them know about my service. I am bet disappointed with your company. I wish u could get that $$ back.
The Brush roller makes a huge difference! My tech was very very considerate.. most of my previous techs from other companies never honor my home by tl covering their shoes! Thanks for being pros... it looks easy clean!

The carpet and tile is always clean after you come. The technicians are always kind, efficient and thorough.

Zerorez makes everything as convenient as possible. I asked to adjust my appointment the day before and they made it work, I got a call letting me know when my cleaner was coming. The cleaners are careful, informative, helpful, and do an excellent job, they are fast, and they make sure they have covered everything and helped with everything.
Your radio promotion sells each room but then you have very expensive additional fees for pets, etc

Clean carpets. Friendly and well groomed technicians.
The technician was nice but seemed a little young. My husband was concerned with the way he drug the hoses through the house. He didn’t take enough care to not scratch the wood floor or the corners of doors and walls. Besides that we enjoyed our experience.
Called before came and gave handy tips on how to treat pet accidents.
I like that there are no chemicals to clean the carpets.
Spencer was quick and friendly. He was also very friendly to our dogs. The carpet looks brand new, and I don’t have to worry about introducing unknown chemicals into our home.

My carpets look great. I did think cleaning my travertine was quite pricey.
We have been using a carpet cleaning company for several year who have always done a great job. My husband has been wanting to try Zerorez for a while now because he liked the idea of zero residue. After we had you clean our carpet, the traffic area still looked horrible. We decided to call our regular company to see if they could do any better. We never told them that we had just got it cleaned. When they left, the carpet looked 100% better. There is still a slight shadow where the traffic area is, (our carpet is old) but it looks fantastic. It was worth paying to have it done all over again. I will stick to my favorit carpet cleaning company.
