Tile machine doesn’t get the edges in the bathrooms - so edges were left dirty.
Several spots on carpets didn’t come out - might be stains?
I want to thank you for having such amazing employees. Brandon came to my home and was excellent, he went way above and beyond on my behalf. He did such an amazing and incredible job, I have told all of my neighbors and friends at work about your wonderful company and especially about his amazing work ethic.
I was not going to have my tile cleaned but after he explained everything to me I had him take care of my tile as well as my carpet. Your product is great and I appreciate the kindness of everyone when I call to set up my appointments.
I hope that you will recognize Brandon for the great job that he did. I will always recommend your company and suggest that they have Brandon or Dan come to their home to take care of their carpets, tile and furniture.

I had a very dirty rug - a hall way that showed 30 years of dirty shoes. It is not bran new looking, but is very clean and makes the home look so much better.
The other rug they did was only 10 years old - It does look bran new. The spots and trails of footprints are gone. Thank you so much.

Everything looks great except the stairs which almost look worse than before! I feel like a different sized cleaning tool needed to be used on the stairs.
My drapery rod was bent in the cleaning process...I’m not sure what happened, but I was never notified and had to come across it on my own. I had dirty foot tracks throughout my house that I had to clean up after the carpets cleaners left. They didn’t even offer to take off their shoes. My experience with Zerorez has been very positive in the past, I hope this is a one time deal🤔
The boys seemed in a hurry to get the job done, were in and out in 40 min.

I was hoping that the stone floor would look a little cleaner when it dried. It was a lot of money for not much of an outcome on the floor. The two couches look nice though.
Riley who is your employee did an amazing job. He was friendly yet he worked fast and did an amazing job. I would request him next time. My floors look amazing. All of my grout looks like brand new.. would definitely use zero rrz again. The price was great too.

Tip: Last time I had you come out, the tech worked & worked on 2 red juice stains. Nothing worked. I found a product called "JUICE OUT". It worked! You may want to investigate that product or ingredients in it.

Do a better job of pre-treating stubborn stains
I would highly recommend Zerorez. The service was excellent. I was very impressed with the technician. She was thorough, efficient and very friendly.
I love that zerorez doesn’t use any chemicals. They also do a great job getting the carpet cleaned. It’s a win win!!!
The carpet looks great, and it got all the stains out. But as soon as the carpet was dry it went back to being crunchy
I chose you mainly because of the ecological friendly aspect.
