second time in a row that there was a scheduling conflict. Office again handled it poorly.
Jerry was professional, helpful in his explanations, and did a great job. We are impressed with how the carpet looks and feels.
My house was dry relatively quickly, especial since I had my carpets cleaned in January. He was fast, friendly, and did a great job getting things clean. I will use Zerorez again because the difference (from other companies) is so obvious in my carpet.

I was pleased with the service! My carpets looked fantastic and I liked the no residue and earth friendly cleaners. Very happy. My only negative comment, was I really wanted my stairs done, but I was not going to pay $5.00 a stair. I felt that was really way too much.
Carpet stays cleaner, you come when you say you will, very good technicians who are knowledgeable. I would not use any other service.

This is second time requesting your services. The only complaint or suggestion I would voice is for the service person to ask if there are any stains to pre-treat I had a couple but did not specifically point them out, so this is partly my fault, I felt they were obvious enough they didn't need to be pointed out. Also, the furniture was lite and sparce yet none of it moved and cleaned under.
