Zerorez arrived on time and did a good job.

I appreciate the method you use. I have pets and am always pleased with the outcome. I've found it extraordinarily difficult to find your telephone number. I have used your service for years and called the number on my old invoices - either didn't get an answer or left a message, which wasn't returned. With real reluctance, I was checking with some other carpet cleaning companies (one of whom mentioned that they were getting a lot of calls from former Zerorez customers who had the same problems with communicating with you). I saw the Zerorez truck at my neighbor's and ran over there to get a working number and expect to continue using your services in the future.
Try to be on time for appointments. My appointment was from 11am to 2pm. I feel that is a huge window to just WAIT for someone to show up. Maybe, you could let customers know at 10am what the time frame will be. That way if someone needed to run to the store, they could do so without fearing of MISSING the appointment. I guess what I'm saying is, Make the appt for 11am (or what ever) then be there!
I was very impressed with how clean my floors were. And how nice the employee was to us. Charles West is the best!!!!
Tech was very friendly and answered all my questions. Firt time using you and need to see how finished product holds up after a little time.

My carpets have never felt so soft or been so clean after a professional cleaning! We can't stop walking barefoot on the carpet! It dried quickly too.
Better suction on the vacuum to get all of the water. My carpets are still damp after 24 hours. My socks got really wet when walking on the carpet after 24 hours. I have used Zerorez before and really was impressed. Within 12 hours my carpets seemed to be dry, but this time was a little disappointing.
The only thing that I would have liked changed is how much of a sales man our cleaning tech was.

They got rid of years and years of ground in dirt.

There was one area of my family room that still had a smell after the technician left. He was very nice and thourough, but I guess that area was tougher than zerorez. I tried to call the next day and ask for someone to come and retreat the area but kept getting a busy signal when I called. I will try calling again next week maybe.
The technician arrived EARLY....completed the job in an efficient manner. Love the fact there are no harsh chemical solutions used. Carpets dried quickly!!!
Minor stains in the living room were not taken care of. The seam I had fixed was burned and looks horrible. After the burn they had to cookie cut a different piece of carpet and it looks awful.
When I wanted some spots redone, the tech. Said the carpet was too stained, and didn't try. I used the Internet to make the reservations,
The quoted price was much lower than I was charged br 35 - 40$. That was disappointing. I filled out all services I wanted. I felt like the tech.
Was pocketing the money. Fix it by standing to the original estimate.

Very clean carpets
I used a coupon special for $79.95. The Tech. did a good job but the bill was for $125.00.
Nowhere did it say you were going to add on another $45.00 to do the job.

No chemicals. The professionalism of technician, though this time was a bit fast for me to feel comfortable that an adaquate job was done.
I think it is to soon to give my opinion regarding the quality of the cleaning. It looks good at this time, but I reserve my opinion until there has been some wear on the areas that were cleaned. At this point in time I would say it looks good. I would not say I'm disapointed. The problem areas that I requested be re-cleaned look very good.
