We liked the other services offered like vent and grout cleaning.

While the cleaning was fine your "protectant" leaves something to be desired. I was told that liquids would bead up making it easier to clean up. I just tested 5 areas and all failed to bead. The water just soaked in like nothing was there. For this I paid $100.00!

We are amazed! Our carpets are in incredible and our dining room chairs look like brand new!

Do a better job of removing spots from carpet at the first appointment.

Our carpets and stairs look great and we had some pretty tough oil-based stains on light colored carpet. It really does look almost new, just like they advertised. It will be interesting to see how long they keep looking nice or if the stains reemerge like the last time we cleaned our carpet with a rented machine.

I did not like the first guy that you sent, did a very poor job and he came off quite testy when I questioned him about a few things. Tried to tell me how to fill out the opinion questionnaire. But I was way impressed the way that your company was willing to make it up to me. The other guys you sent did a wonderful job and the one with the name tag Manny was very well mannered and I liked his disposition. I would not think twice about recommending you to all of my friends and family. I have done 35 years in the retail customer service industry and I really like the way you guys do business. My carpets are almost 20 years old and they look almost new after you sent workers that used your equipment correctly and weren't afraid to work hard. Thank you again Zerorez!!!

Zerorez cleaned my carpet (which is over 15 years old}the last two times, and never have I had the carpet stay nice for as long as it does with your system. Professional, polite, clean cut representatives are a bit of fresh air too!

An hour late to our house. We payed extra to get an enzyme treatment for dog odor from the last residents of the house, and it didn't make much of a difference, the odor is still very strong in a couple of the rooms.

My carpets were done very quickly and look and feel so clean. You can tell there is no residue because there aren't any strong perfume scents left behind. I will definitely be using zerorez again.

We had our service last week and we were very disappointed. The carpets are just as they were before, and we do not have that "just cleaned" look or feel or smell. We have nice, newer carpet (just installed last year) but there was no improvement and areas that still were dirty and even smelly. We wished that we had not spent the money for a cleaning that ended up very sub-par.
We would not recommend Zerorez at this point to anyone.

I love my carpet, you really make them look like new. Also, I had the youg tech clean and seal my tile. that device works magic with the grout. And a special thanks to the tech, he was on time, explained you services, did the work in an efficent manner, was good to answer questions and he was nice to my dogs. He deserves brownie points. I was disappointed when I went downstairs and moved the sofa to discover the carpet had not been cleaned there. I removed almost everything from every room making this a slam dunk super-fast ultra-easy cleaning job. I have one sofa. When we moved the sofa to a different room it was really devastating to find the carpet hadn't been touched. Where the cleaning was done, the job was fabulous. Bot I've never had a carpet cleaner not move the sofa pieces. I want to love Zerorez--the concept is terrific, but I need to count on you to be thorough. Isn't that fair?
