Professional, from appointment setting through technicians arrival and departure. Our carpets cleaned beautifully. We also paid to have the upholstered chair in our bedroom cleaned. It is still stained and that is a surprise and disappointment since our technician hadn't indicated a problem.

The associates that came to pick up the rugs were very polite and professional. They explained the process used to clean the rugs and when and how they would be returned. They also arrived when they said they would and not within a 4 hour window as so many services do.
The price was also reasonable and the rugs look great.
