The technician arrived on time, even calling to let us know he was caught in traffic (he was well within the window we were given when he called). He took a look at the carpet first, we discussed the stains and he went to work. He did a really thorough job in a reasonable amount of time. The room (whole house actually) smelled fresh and clean and the carpet looks great!
