I have not used Zerorez before. My wife had a co-worker that had Zerorez come to clean their carpet, and they where really satisfied. So we called and scheduled a appointment. Landon,the tech: was very nice and arrived at the scheduled time. He did a very good job, however we have pets, (Labrador Retrievers) and some stains did not completely come out. And the price for extras:(acid rinse w/enzyme pet treatment>$50 per room and carpet protectant:$40 per room seems a little high. Overall, I was impressed with the service and would recommend Zerorez to family and friends. Thank you, Sincerely, Name removed, Clayton, NC.

courteous employees, excellent results, prices reasonable. One problem; we were charged ten dollars more than the advertised price. No explanation was ever given(?).
