The tech was on time, very polite, well dressed and did a fantastic job. My previous tenant had a dog and there was a definite dog smell on the carpet along with several stains. All of the stains are gone along with the dog smell. I also love that there is no residue left behind. That residue is like a dirt magnet, and cleaned carpets don't look clean for very long. With no residue left behind, there is nothing to attract dirt. I can easily recommend Zerorez to anyone!.

Professional and efficient.

The finished product was above our expectations. The manner in which the carpet looked upon our final walk through was like the fairways at Augusta right before the Masters. The floors felt as if they were newly laid carpet and all the "Grandkid " spots were made invisible. The service technician conducted himself in a very professional manner and my wife like the water demonstration before he began and the softness and brightness of the finished carpet.

That no soap is used.

I like the fact that you do not use any chemicals- also your technician David was very through and professional -my area rugs never looked so clean and bright and the installed carpet also looked and smelled wonderful.

First of all we have two dogs and our carpets were a mess. All our carpets look brand new now because of Zerorez. During the treatment, your product has a wonderful fresh smell. First of all, Zerorez was very good with working with my schedule. I had to reschedule three times and the customer service rep was very polite and accommodated me. So far the carpet cleaning for my two rooms and steps looks great.
