Service was great and arrived at time specified. Our son is highly allergic to animal dander and we found out he was coming for Christmas we decided to give Zerorez a try. We'd heard lots of advertisements on the radio and after reading reviews of how using this service helped others with allergies we decided to give them a try. Having the rugs shampooed by Zerorez, along with washing our walls with vinegar & water and using a allergen shampoo from Amazon, I can honestly say our son had an almost allergy free Christmas! What a joy to find something that works so well!!
