After the 3rd try, Kevin showed up and was a real professional in how he went about fixing my concerns. He said the carpet was not pre-treated correctly and that the second person that showed up who did nothing should have at least tried to clean the area of concern again.
Kevin pre-treated and cleaned the area and it is completely satisfactory done.

The young man, whose name was Josh was very nice and gave us some very important tips on spot cleaning our carpet in the future and told us about the other services that your company offers. While he was here he also cleaned the tile floor in our bathroom and when he finished it looked like brand new.
