Zerorez has done a wonder job for us over the years through multiple houses. The techs are pleasant to deal with, and very thorough in their work. They do a great job at both cleaning carpets and cleaning ducts. They also offer permanent washable filters for the heating and a/c system that make the air so much easier to breath, and they are covered for life....even if you move to a new home. I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who like clean floors and clean air.

They were very professional. They arrived when they said they would. They demonstrated the process well and that removed stains that had been there for a few years. They explained their other treatment services, but were not pushy about it. Overall an excellent experience.

The technicians did an excellent job, my carpet looks great. And there were no hidden or unexpected charges.
The cleaning technicians produce a quality, professional job. However, the office staff needs to provide a detail cost prior to the booking of the job. Hidden fees like hallways and gasoline are negative issues. And, I didn't like the fact that we paid a $10 extra charge, and my husband was not happy to see a wet driveway. We assume our technician dumped his tank in our yard. Not happy about that. Overall, I recommend Zerorez. Great job!

Tristan came last Thursday to clean 1 room and 2 stairways. He was very polite, knowledgeable and explained to me how your products work. I liked the fresh orange scent, and the carpets looked great. I was also pleased with the short drying time. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
