I don't know much about your products but was extremely satisfied with the service for the carpet cleaning...and the design left on the carpet when the technician finished made it hard to walk on, it was almost perfect!

service tech was very friendly and helpful. i like that there was no chemicals used, so the dirt will not come back with sticky chemicals.
The technician was very nice; knowledgeable; and accommodating. The cleaning has been better than advertised. We have an older pet that has to take meds, and occasionnaly the meds will have side effects that cause him to be incontinent. All this came up and so far the stains have not reappeared! We've had the carpets cleaned in the past and within days the stains were back.....I'm a believer!
